Project Description
KARAMON CONSEIL carried out four environmental and social compliance and performance audit assignments for the Government Social Programme Support Project (PA-PSGOUV) in Côte d'Ivoire, financed by the African Development Bank.
These audits, covering the 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 financial years, assessed the implementation of the Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) associated with the programme, as well as its overall compliance with AfDB safeguard requirements.
The assignment produced an overview of the programme's environmental and social performance over the entire audited period and formulated recommendations for subsequent phases.
