Annual E&S performance audit of the Agro-food Processing Project (PTA-Togo) — 2024-2025

KARAMON CONSEIL carried out the annual environmental and social performance audit of the Agro-food Processing Project (PTA-Togo), financed by the World Bank, covering the 2024 and 2025 financial years. This project aims to structure and modernise Togolese agro-food value chains, supporting local processing of agricultural products. The audit assessed the project's environmental and social performance over the two financial years considered, verifying compliance with World Bank safeguard requirements and formulating recommendations to strengthen the measures in place.
